Forum Summary
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence today, education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for change. This high-end forum focuses on the deep integration of artificial intelligence and "global harmony" education concept, and discusses how to achieve harmony and happiness in education through technological means. The "Global Harmony" educational concept advocates the realization of environmental harmony, human harmony and the happiness of everyone on a global scale. Chen Mingxuan
Former Teacher's College, School of Education, School of Humanities, Dean of Jiangnan University, second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, Jiangsu Province famous teacher. He is also the deputy Chairman of the Educational Technology Teaching Guidance Sub-Committee of the Ministry of Education, and a member of the Basic Education Curriculum and teaching Materials Expert Working Committee of the Ministry of Education; Vice Chairman of Information Technology Education Committee of China Educational Technology Association, Vice chairman of Film and Television Media Committee of China Educational Technology Association, special consultant of China Internet Society, chairman of Jiangsu Teacher Education Teaching Guidance Science Committee, responsible for Yangtze River Delta educators, Jiangsu education master training project guidance experts. He has won 31 national, provincial and departmental teaching and research achievements awards, presided over more than 20 national and provincial projects, published more than 130 high-level papers, published monographs, edited series books, and more than 20 textbooks; Presided over the first batch of first-class professional, new liberal arts projects, presided over two national quality courses. Guo Shaoqing
Professor, doctoral supervisor, College of Education Technology, Northwest Normal University, leading talents in Gansu Province, leading talents in the first level of science and technology in Gansu Province, excellent teacher of "Gardener Award" in Gansu Province. Director of the Strategic Research Base of Education Informatization (Northwest) of the Ministry of Education, and Director of the Key Laboratory of Education Digitization of Gansu Province. Member of the general Group of the Education Digitization Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Education, deputy leader of the expert group of the "Smart Education Demonstration Zone" of the Ministry of Education, member of the eighth Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education, etc.
Carry out research work in the fields of education digitization theory and development strategy, technology-supported teacher professional development, big data analysis technology, and artificial intelligence application in education. He has published more than 120 academic papers, 14 textbooks and monographs, presided over 75 research projects, obtained 8 patents and software Copyrights, won 19 awards, presided over or participated in the formulation of 4 national and Ministry of Education standards, and adopted 5 consulting reports by the Ministry of Education and Department of Education. Looi Chee-kit
Chair Professor of Learning Sciences and Associate Dean of the School of Graduate Studies at the Education University of Hong Kong. Professor Looi received his PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh, UK. His research interests include learning science, computer-supported cooperative learning, mobile learning, artificial intelligence education, and computational thinking. Professor Looi has published more than 120 international journal articles, more than 50 books or chapters, and more than 160 international conference papers, and has been listed among the top 1% of the world's most cited top scientists by Stanford University. Professor Looi has a wide international influence on educational research and practice, and has been elected a Fellow of the International Association for the Science of Learning and the Asia Pacific Association for Computer Education. He has delivered more than 90 keynote speeches, keynote speakers and invited lectures at academic institutions and international conferences around the world. During his tenure at the National Institute of Education at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, he founded the first research centre in the Asia-Pacific region focused on learning sciences. Professor Lu also served as President of the Global Chinese Conference on Computer Applications in Education from 2017 to 2019.

Yu Shengquan
Professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Normal University, Executive Director of the Advanced Innovation Center for Future Education of Beijing Normal University, and director of the Ministry of Education - China Mobile Joint Laboratory for "Mobile Learning". He was selected into the New Century Outstanding Talents Support Plan of the Ministry of Education, the National Ten million Talents Project, and was awarded the honorary title of "Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Won the second prize of National Education and Teaching Achievement Award; National Education Science Research Outstanding Achievement Award first and second prizes; Beijing Basic Education teaching achievement special prize; Gold Award of eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA), the 5th Mingyuan Education Award (Research category), the 9th Outstanding Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Universities (Humanities and Social Sciences); He has published more than 300 academic papers in various academic journals and conferences, and has obtained 23 authorized patents and 1 ISO international standard. He has presided over more than 100 projects including national key research and development programs, major projects of Philosophy and Social sciences of the Ministry of Education, major projects of the State Language Commission, and Natural Science Foundation, and organized the development of multiple large-scale application systems such as wisdom learning Companion, "Listening to Lectures" wisdom teaching and research, EPBL project-based teaching, three reading, problem solving ability assessment, and learning meta-learning community.

Zhu Zhiting
Tenured professor of East China Normal University, a doctoral supervisor of educational technology, and an expert who enjoys the special allowance of The State Council; He was the Dean of the School of Open Education of East China Normal University. He is currently the chief consultant of the Education Information Technology Standard Committee of the Ministry of Education, the national information technology standardization expert Committee, the deputy leader of the expert group of the Ministry of Education's artificial Intelligence to boost the construction of teacher team pilot work, the academic committee member of the National teacher Training Manager Development Center, and the special consultant of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Higher Education Innovation Center. He is mainly engaged in research on the architecture and technical standards of education information system, the theory and practice model of smart education and education digital transformation, the practical path of teacher development empowered by digital intelligence technology, and the promotion of educational culture change by technology.

Chen Wenli
Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Learning Science and Assessment at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Wenli Chen has been deeply engaged in the research and practice of computer-supported collaborative learning and learning analysis for many years, and has won the best paper award in various international conferences nearly 20 times. She won the Asia Pacific Society for Computer Applications in Education 'Outstanding Researcher Award' in 2021 and is the winner of the Nanyang Education Award, NTU's highest educational award. Professor Chen served as Co-Chair of the Computer Supported Collaborative Learning Committee of the International Society for Learning Sciences from 2016 to 2021, and she currently serves on the Executive Board of the Asia Pacific Educational Computer Society and the Global Chinese Educational Computer Society. She chaired the Agenda Committee of the 2022 International Conference on Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning, the 2017 International Conference on Computer Applications in Education and the 2014 Global Chinese Conference on Computer Applications in Education, and chaired the organizing committee of the 2016 International Conference on the Science of Learning and the 2012 International Conference on Computer Applications in Education. Shang Junjie
Researcher and doctoral supervisor of the School of Education, Peking University. He is currently the Executive Director of the Learning Science Laboratory and Deputy Director of the Basic Education Research Center.
