1.Registration and Payment Instructions

1.1 Registration Timing and Accommodation Arrangement

Authors of main conference papers must complete registration before April 6th, 2025. Forum paper authors should register by April 30th, 2025. The organizing committee can assist participants with unified accommodation arrangements.

1.2 Paper Registration Requirements

Each accepted paper requires at least one author to complete registration and payment, for it to be included in the proceedings.

1.3 Limitation on the Number of Paper Registrations

Each participant may register a maximum of two papers, regardless of whether they are main conference papers, workshop papers, teacher forum papers, or doctoral student forum papers.

1.4 Paper Acceptance and Publication

An acceptance notification only signifies that the paper has been officially accepted. For publication in the conference proceedings, the paper must have completed the registration and payment process, and an oral presentation must be delivered during the conference.
