- The conference provides four types of room booking options:

Room Types: Single bed or twin beds, 280 RMB per night (excluding breakfast, contracted rate) (self-booking will be based on the current price), breakfast is 30 RMB per person.
Available for booking from May 23rd to May 29th, 2025, with 60 twin-bed rooms reserved.
2.Jinrui Grand Hotel (Wuxi Jiangnan University Branch)
Room Types: Single bed or twin beds, 268 RMB per night (including breakfast, contracted rate) (self-booking will be based on the current price).
Available for booking from May 23rd to May 29th, 2025, with 40 single-bed and 70 twin-bed rooms reserved.
3.Molin Hotel (Jiangnan University Rongchuang Cultural Tourism City Branch)
Room Types: Single bed or twin beds, approximately 330 RMB per night (excluding breakfast) (prices may fluctuate, assisted booking will be based on the current price), breakfast is 40 RMB per person.
Available for booking from May 23rd to May 29th, 2025, with 20 single-bed and 20 twin-bed rooms reserved.
4.Yibisi Hotel (Wuxi Jiangnan University Branch)
Room Types: Single bed or twin beds, approximately 330 RMB per night (excluding breakfast) (prices may fluctuate, assisted booking will be based on the current price), breakfast is 25 RMB per person.
Available for booking from May 23rd to May 29th, 2025, with 98 single-bed or twin-bed rooms reserved.
- Method for Conference-Assisted Booking: Participants should register on the conference registration page, providing details such as ID number, check-in dates, and room type preferences. The conference will assist in reserving rooms, and participants will complete check-in procedures upon arrival.
- Conference-assisted accommodation bookings are only available for stays between May 23rd and May 29th, 2025. Participants who require assistance must fill out the form during the conference registration process; completing the form signifies successful reservation, and no further self-booking is necessary.
- Participants choosing to book hotels independently can select their preferred hotels and proceed with booking according to their own arrangements.
