Getting to PolyU
From the airport
- Airport express and Mass Transit Railway (MTR): Take the Airport Express from Airport Station to Tsing Yi Station, interchange to Tung Chung Line for Nam Cheong Station and change to Tuen Ma Line to reach PolyU at Hung Hom Station.
- Fare: HK$65 (Octopus) or HK$70 (single ride ticket)
- Transit time: around 40 minutes
- Public Bus: Take bus A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) Bus Terminus straight to Hung Hom Station
- Fare: HK$34.6
- Transit time: from 60 to 90 minutes (traffic-dependent)
Within the City
- MTR: PolyU is connected to Exit A1 of the MTR Hung Hom Station via a footbridge. It is also within walking distance from Jordan Station, Tsim Sha Tsui Station and Tsim Sha Tsui East Station.
- Public Bus: Any buses with the following stops (Citymapper works in Hong Kong):

Buildings in PolyU are named after the English alphabet and you can cover the whole campus on foot. (Campus Map).
Plenary Sessions will be held at Lecture Theatre V322 at 3/F, Jockey Club Innovation Tower (JCIT) of PolyU. Poster session will be held at the same floor of the lecture theatre.
